Refund policy

All sales are final. We make small runs, and every piece is final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Size exchanges
If the fit is wrong, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Message us first at wearwolfelifestylebrand@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges depend on stock. Pieces sent back without a request will not be accepted. Numbered pieces (The Southsider and The 1872) can be exchanged only while another size remains.

Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a repair at no cost to you.

Lifetime repairs on The Southsider
Free hemming and repairs for as long as you own them. Ship your pair to us at your cost, and we cover the work and the return.
